Before you begin
- You need a registered business and an active Review AI plan.
Step-by-step guide
Review Review AI plans
Choose Review AI in the add-on center and review Basic, Pro, or Premium for the target business.
View Review AI plansResult: Plans available for the selected business are shown.
Start the plan
Choose “Start free” or “Start subscription” on the plan card.
Result: Subscription status and Review AI access update.
Open review reply drafts
Open the review management or listing editor screen and choose Review AI reply drafting.
Result: You can review and edit the generated draft.
When you are done
Review AI is for review reply drafts and is separate from Mini Site AI plans.
Troubleshooting
Review AI is locked
Confirm the selected business and Review AI plan, then review its status in Subscription Information.
