Use feature management, subscription management, ending, and resubscription actions correctly.
Before you begin
- Open Subscription Information and identify the subscription to manage.
Step-by-step guide
Review the subscription card
On Subscription Information, confirm the product and target business.
Open Subscription InformationResult: You know which subscription you are managing.
Separate feature and billing actions
Use the product action to use the feature and “Manage subscription” to change billing or subscription status.
Result: The feature or subscription management flow opens.
End or resubscribe carefully
Before ending a free subscription or subscribing again, confirm the product and plan in the action label.
Result: A confirmation or resubscription screen for that subscription appears.
When you are done
After a change, review Subscription Information again to confirm status and access.
Troubleshooting
Subscriptions from another business appear
Check the business selector and choose the specific business.
